I can't think of any advantages. If I had to name one, “a very small number of people” are easy to get along with and really get things done. Note: it really is only a very small number⋯⋯

1. Salary calculations are not transparent (I recommend that interviewees or new hires make sure to ask about the detailed salary calculation method before reporting for work, so they do not end up regretting it)

2. Company policies are constantly wavering and changing from day to day, yet the decision-makers take no responsibility

3. The boss is stingy but likes to pretend to be generous, is very calculating, and expects employees to work themselves to the bone without considering employees' needs

4. Responsibilities and authority are unclear, making it difficult to get things done; internal efficiency is seriously poor

5. Depending on the department, there may be situations where veteran employees bully newcomers

6. Salary growth is slow (basically, there is no growth)

7. The company has no well-established systems, and many of its rules are speechless; it is recommended that the company's senior management and HR-related departments carefully study the relevant provisions of the Labor Standards Act

Ah! One more thing~ I saw someone share that there are afternoon snacks, but you have to have the cost deducted from your own salary as a welfare fund in order to eat them!

There are no advantages. The boss is extremely stingy!! There is always a pile of unfinished work, much of it utterly meaningless. Although it is a small company, it is extremely bureaucratic, and nepotism is rampant!! A lot of people barely do any work all day. Small companies have no future—don’t waste your time!!

I advise everyone not to waste their time; the employee turnover is very high!! Unless you get in through nepotism, you will be expected to work hard, including at the company’s own factory in mainland China, which is run-down and dilapidated. On business trips, the food is poor and the accommodation is in shabby houses. When I went for the interview, the entire office entrance was piled with miscellaneous items. Everything was stacked haphazardly, like unplanned goods piled here and there. Recently, they even set up a production line. The equipment is rudimentary and entirely manual. Working there left my hands sore and cracked, and when they saw you could no longer keep working, they would sarcastically insult you with crude language. Do you think you’ve had too many good days? There is always even more work waiting for you, with no time to rest!! Because the boss thinks that if someone is hired through 104, there will always be another person available, the company does not try to retain anyone—if you want to leave, go ahead!! A company like this is truly not worth staying at. It would be best to let it go bankrupt!!

There are a bunch of long-time employees here who often give newcomers a hard time and make faces at them. The boss is extremely stingy, frequently haggling over even the smallest amounts of money, yet loves saving face and pretending to be generous. The turnover rate for PMs and sales staff is extremely high. If you’re considering either of these positions, it’s probably better not to go.

Not sure whether they’re looking for someone to interview or someone to bully. The hiring manager flat-out said that private universities are terrible, so don’t expect them to offer you a good salary..

The salary listed on 104 was 40,000 or more, but in reality they might not even be able to offer 30,000. They suppress salaries by insulting and belittling people. If a company like this can actually hire anyone, it truly is a disgrace to Taiwan.
