At the interview, you are required to bring and submit your own résumé. Afterwards, you will be asked to go to a meeting room for an individual interview. The interview is extremely short.... The interviewer gives the impression of being in a great hurry.
After entering, they first ask about your experience, why you left your previous job, and how you could help our company after joining. They then directly ask about your desired compensation. During the process, they do not introduce the job responsibilities, benefits, work environment, or anything else.... In the end, they only tell you that they will notify you if you are selected.
There were not many people attending interviews that day, but each interview lasted less than five minutes....
This position gave me no sense that the company was actively recruiting.
It left me feeling that the interviewee was not treated with respect.
I hope the company can improve the interview process so that applicants can better understand your company.

An interview was scheduled for an agreed-upon date and time. After sitting and waiting for more than 10 minutes, I was told that the manager could not come at the last minute and that the interview had to be canceled. It seems that the same situation keeps happening at this company. It felt very disrespectful to the interviewee. Everyone’s time is valuable, and I brought my résumé and spent time traveling to the appointment. I also did not receive any further messages afterward. A company’s treatment of people is closely related to its reputation, and people will find out through various channels!
Tea and water are provided
1. The interview time had been scheduled, but the interviewer did not show up. In the end, it had to be canceled, so I made the trip for nothing, wasting transportation costs and time. Is there a problem with internal communication?
2. The company is located in a rather remote area.
3. The company’s interior was packed with products. Although there was a meeting room, it was occupied by a meeting, leaving the interviewee to sit casually outside and wait.

01. Meaningless meetings and reviews. Previously, review meetings were held every Monday, but changing this to daily review meetings is simply a waste of everyone’s working time. Even if you work overtime, you absolutely will not receive overtime pay. It is a sweatshop-style responsibility system.
02. When problems arise, they shift the blame to others, passing responsibility back and forth. Even employees who are not involved in the incident may be forced to handle it. If you leave it to a supervisor, there is a 100% chance of verbal bullying. If the matter escalates and the boss finds out, the person involved may also frame someone else and make them take responsibility. Please be careful.
03. Small mistakes are blown out of proportion. In particular, colleagues in a certain department will shout, cheer, and applaud to humiliate coworkers whenever someone makes a mistake.
04. No matter how conscientious and dedicated you are in completing your work, your superiors always believe that you have still not done well enough, and may even verbally insult you.
05. They eavesdrop on other people’s private conversations and then spread them around. They eavesdrop on conversations in the restroom and office, and even through mobile phone SD cards.
06. If you have worked there for a long time but still cannot perform the job adequately, your superiors will use every possible tactic to make you do other work. However, they will make you feel that it is not work fit for a person, in order to make you resign voluntarily so they do not have to waste money on severance pay. Of course, if you perform well but resign voluntarily, your superiors will also give you a large number of tasks to make your final day miserable. Former employees who resigned have all said the same thing about this.
07. If, when you resign, a superior asks you to add them on LINE, be extremely careful. Someone once could not find a job and wanted to return, but the superior later used this matter as a joke during a meeting.
Please consider your choice carefully.
