Read the community guidelinesA high degree of freedom
Colleagues are easy to get along with and support one another~
Leave and overtime can both be applied for
Overtime can be compensated with overtime pay or compensatory leave (according to the multiples stipulated by the Labor Standards Act)
Regular working hours
The company is divided into two departments: one for indoor positioning products and the other for government tender projects
The core team for the indoor positioning product has already been formed, and engineers may need to provide support for some programming tasks
The main focus is still on government tender projects
I don't know whether the company undergoes a major turnover every two to three years; it seems to be a pattern
Because the pandemic has made things difficult for all industries
But the boss of the indoor positioning department (who is also the person in charge of the company) kept boasting about how good the performance was
Last year's performance was indeed better than the year before
But in the end, only 0.5 months' year-end bonus was paid
After the Lunar New Year, the entire development department submitted resignations and left
If you are thinking of joining, think twice
All project maintenance will fall on you
The boss said that an external contractor would be found for new projects, but the in-house full-time developers would still have to conduct code reviews
The PM department was also reduced to just the group owner's family members
The only department that has not changed is the design department (all of them have also been there for more than nine years)
Everyone should consider carefully
Suitable for fresh graduates
Colleagues are easy to get along with
Overtime pay is provided
The company mainly takes on government projects. Last year, the company expanded and doubled its workforce, taking on a large number of projects. Because the preliminary project planning was not done well and the boss often makes unreasonable demands, many people have left (and many more are preparing to leave). The company is currently in a period of chaos: it cannot retain existing employees while continuously recruiting newcomers, creating a vicious cycle.
If the company does not make a profit, the year-end bonus is 0.8 months’ salary (the company did not make a profit last year).
There are hardly any benefits—only snacks and company gift vouchers distributed during the three major festivals. The company gift vouchers are practically useless, and there is even a rule requiring an additional 20% discount when selling them to internal employees.
Fresh graduates can join and stay for a year to learn technical skills, and colleagues are all very willing to teach. However, if you already have experience, do not join—you would only be wasting your life.
Good work atmosphere, and the boss is fairly nice.
The company lacks direction and project management capabilities.
