A really terrible, lousy company
A lousy company that can't even pay the first month's salary
And it still dares to keep posting job openings online
The company atmosphere is bad, and the equipment is also shoddy
It has now even changed its name to an investment company
It is truly laughable
The company has no money to pay salaries—what kind of employees is it hiring anyway?
Absolutely ridiculous 🙄🙄🙄
Not a single one
Regularly late payment of wages
Regularly behind on rent payments to the landlord
Getting calls about customer complaints every day makes you wonder if you're a customer service representative?
Almost none
Absolutely do not go. The work is miscellaneous and chaotic—you handle accounting, administration, and customer service, along with a bunch of tenants, contract-related nonsense, and all kinds of inexplicable penalties. Getting money deducted every month is basically the norm. If there is a problem with a contract, you have to bear the responsibility yourself; no supervisor will help you shoulder it. Meanwhile, the salespeople who sign the contracts are not held responsible at all, because apparently it is the secretary’s fault for not handling the paperwork carefully enough???
On weekdays, you have to order boxed lunches for the salespeople, and they still complain after you buy them. From company banquets and reservations to buying cakes for coworkers’ birthdays, the secretary is responsible for every big thing, small thing, and ridiculous thing.
A starting salary of 30,000 sounds like a lot, but there is an overwhelming amount of work and long hours. After labor and health insurance deductions, it is absolutely not worth it in practice. I strongly recommend not wasting your time!!
The salary is higher than the industry average.
There is a lot of work and heavy responsibility, with no overtime pay.
The advantage is that there are many disadvantages.
1. Habitually withholds wages while continuously recruiting—it's outright fraud.
2. The boss is incapable of running the company normally, is obsessed with saving face, and has extremely poor and highly volatile emotional management.
3. Labor and health insurance premiums are not paid on time either.
4. Whenever employees ask for their wages, the accounting supervisor pretends to be unavailable and takes leave, or cannot be reached—unless the matter is escalated to the labor bureau.
5. The older the employee, the more wages they are owed. New hires are first delayed for an entire month, with a pile of lies used to trick people into working as volunteers.
6. Internal management is extremely chaotic. Job responsibilities are often unclear; in short, you're expected to handle everything. When the working conditions make it impossible to get things done, you're simply told to figure it out.
7. Employees are paid very little but expected to handle everything under the sun.
8. Even after resigning, you may not receive your wages on time. You have to keep chasing them, and the company withholds payment whenever possible; by the time you receive it, several months may have passed.
9. They insist on arguing with employees until unreasonable matters are made to seem reasonable, then shift the responsibility onto the employees. Their attitude is extremely bad.
10. Do not go there under any circumstances—it will be a waste of your life.
