Read the community guidelinesAfter operating for 20 years, nobody knows this brand, yet they are still very confident. This confidence is truly admirable!
Apart from confidence, did you see any other advantages?
Interview process
1. I wanted to know how to achieve the “results” mentioned by the interviewer, so I asked how they would execute it. In my eyes, it seemed more like using the interview to absorb other people’s experience.
2. The company gives you a marketing budget, but you still have to guarantee how long it will take to recover the costs—and guarantee a certain amount of sales.
Even the advertising agencies that shoot commercials for Apple cannot guarantee sales with such certainty!
Are there any advertisements in the world that can guarantee how much sales they will bring in?
Asking this kind of question... I found it amusing!
3. The store DM displays product images without product names. Is this testing consumers’ memory?
This can be seen from the store displays. Even competitors have not failed to do this. After 20 years, they still cannot even imitate their competitors?
4. When asked about overtime, they explained in a very vague way that this job is governed by a responsibility-based system, yet they did not dare to directly say that there is no overtime pay.
It was an interesting interview experience. You can go and experience a real-life version of a fantastic tale!
Interviewed with the headquarters staff. The atmosphere among colleagues was okay, and everyone was fairly friendly. They greeted the interviewee, and water was available for self-service nearby.
Before the interview, the forms to be filled out were eight pages printed on both sides. It took at least half an hour to complete. The personal information collection was very detailed and included psychological, logical, and personality tests, which felt excessive. I felt uncomfortable being asked to provide detailed information such as my national ID number, blood type, physical condition (illnesses), and family members at the initial interview stage. Having to sign a consent form for the collection of this information also felt premature.
The HR questions focused more on how one would deal with the boss rather than on professional skills. After the HR interview, if everything went well, they would schedule interviews with the bosses. The salary range was not transparent: the website stated “negotiable, 40,000 or more,” but in reality, it consisted of unspecified allowances and quarterly bonuses (with different percentages for each person), so it was variable.
Gentle demeanor
