Read the community guidelinesDespite the unpaid wages, the company still held staff dinners
1. Repeated communication about the overdue wages did not lead to improvement; at least two months' wages were owed before payment was made.
2. The company used its dissolution to make emotional appeals to employees, saying it would pay severance, but still delayed payment for half a year.
3. After the company dissolved, it did not actually cease operations. It continued recruiting new employees and taking on projects. Please think carefully before joining the company.
4. Long after resigning, I still received messages from “current colleagues” asking where files were located and whether I could help modify requirements for a previous project. They repeatedly bothered me with messages and emotional manipulation, causing great distress.
The boss may be ambitious and say all the right things, but given the way employees are treated, please think carefully when considering a job there.
There is a PX Mart across the street.
Starting in the second half of 2020, the company began delaying salary payments. It later laid off employees, citing difficulties with cash flow, and delayed severance payments for as long as six months. Despite multiple negotiations and attempts to communicate, no consensus was reached. The company only deflected responsibility by blaming the clients and asking employees to be understanding, without taking any concrete action. After dismissing employees, it continued recruiting new hires and repeatedly sent messages to former employees, constantly asking various work-related questions or requesting their help on a freelance basis. My sincere advice is that you would be better off unemployed than joining this company and creating trouble for yourself.
