Read the community guidelinesI worked as a part-time student employee: 1. Organizing case files, retrieving files from the archives, and scanning to create records 2. Other administrative duties assigned by supervisors
The advantage is that the working hours start and end on time.
Don't go!!!
Retrieving files from the archives is very strenuous. Long-term student employees all choose easier tasks, such as delivering documents.
New student employees can only choose this job. Three times a day, they have to go to the archives and move extremely heavy case files—enough to fill an entire truck.
Then they have to deliver them to the patent specialists' desks. Sometimes, if you accidentally take the wrong file, you may even receive a customer complaint (I'm speechless...). They may tell you about it on the spot too, sigh~
In conclusion, when looking for a part-time job, it's better to find one where you can learn something. This job will only make you move, move, move, move, move, move, move, move—straight to hell.
Paychecks are issued on time
If you are good at building a relationship with the boss, you will receive a lot of leniency, favoritism, and even double standards. But if the boss does not like you, no matter how hard you work, it will not help.
The boss’s management ability…….
The company has no standards or systems and manages everything entirely according to the boss’s mood.
As the number of cases and revenue increase, the boss blames employees for not working faster than before and says that workers are taking advantage of the company.
The boss often flies into a rage after hearing one-sided complaints without clarifying the actual situation. They do not help improve frontline efficiency; instead, they create more policies or processes that reduce efficiency and output.
Encourages employees to fight among themselves and report on one another, creating a strange atmosphere in the office.
A stereotypical exploitative boss
The company specializes in the Labor Standards Act, and employees are also forced to study it in depth.
Plenty of opportunities to train workers in stress tolerance.
A professional training environment for office politics.
A paradise for employers.
You’ll know once you get here.
The managers’ abilities are questionable. They often can’t solve problems and only complain to different people everywhere, waiting for someone else to solve them.
The boss’s friends and relatives also make people wonder what they actually do at the company.
Senior employees attack junior employees—for example, experienced staff badmouthing less experienced colleagues behind their backs and nitpicking them.
