Pros

The work atmosphere is harmonious, unlike what the website says about the high turnover rate and someone leaving every day?

My colleagues are all very easy to get along with, and you can feel how thoughtfully the boss treats employees here.

There are fruit and snacks every month, and free coffee and black tea are available in the pantry.

What surprised me most was that we even get sesame oil chicken in winter~

Recently, aside from expanding the positions, the turnover rate has really become quite low.

Cons

A small or medium-sized enterprise with a small number of employees.

Pros

No advantages at all

Cons

The company has an extremely high turnover rate. Almost every week, people come and go, and most new hires do not stay long. The only ones who might be able to remain are those who have been assimilated into the environment. But the prerequisite is enduring endless pressure from the supervisors.

The female sales manager clearly has problems with emotional control. She has stayed at this company from a young age into middle age and has a narrow, insular view, having never seen the outside world. During the interview, she exaggerated the company’s merits to an absurd degree, but in reality, it is an incredibly traditional traditional-industry company. The way things are done makes you wonder whether it has become disconnected from the times; there is absolutely no efficiency. Filling out pointless reports and working overtime every day are basic requirements, and you also have to endure the female sales manager’s unexpected verbal humiliation. Basically, they do not treat you like a human being and can humiliate you directly in front of the entire company over anything, ha ha.

Anyone interested can go in and see for themselves.

Cookies and fruit are available.

The company's turnover rate is really extremely high!! The management department is always hiring because people never stay!

The head of the sales department has an erratic temperament, swinging between extremely good and extremely bad, which is difficult to understand.

Even worse, people in the management department itself are leaving like crazy! Its turnover rate is the highest of all departments! The people managing it are seriously problematic! Everyone privately feels that there are communication barriers with the head of the management department!

As a previous commenter said, the company has a consultant. The consultant's full name is Zhou Haiwei. Just search for “Zhou Haiwei lawyer” and you can find several news articles,

[ KMT Legislator Lin Wei-chou stated that a person named “Zhou Haiwei” presented himself as a lawyer and a lecturer for the Ministry of Labor, and submitted articles widely, but this person cannot be found in the Ministry of Justice's lawyer search system....]

Rumors are flying around the company that this consultant's identity is questionable and that he is impersonating a lawyer. I heard that he has already driven many people away! He is a terrifying and ruthless character!

I get along fairly well with the young new hires from other departments. Unfortunately, these young people come and go, and the turnover rate is extremely high. The company’s average age is around 35–40, which is considered young.

The pay is good, but only if you can stay there.

Cons

The systems are outdated, and many documents still have to be checked or recorded manually, which is extremely inefficient. However, some senior employees take pride in this and think it shows how capable they are, forcing you to work according to methods from 10 years ago. For example, documents must be checked word for word at least twice, with different-colored pens used for distinction. A lot of time is wasted on this.

The company has a high turnover rate. If someone takes a dislike to you, they will find a way to get rid of you, such as requiring you to keep inefficient and meaningless work logs that increase your daily workload. There is no standard format for the work logs. When you start being required to keep one, it is usually a sign that they want you to leave. You may find it baffling; at that point, be sure to record conversations at all times to protect your rights.

The upper management’s thinking is outdated—or rather, there is no real management. Reporting problems to management does not help resolve them; they will only think you are causing trouble and assume that everything a supervisor does is reasonable. They fail to realize that it is the backward thinking of certain supervisors that has caused the turnover rate to become so high. If you find that all the colleagues around you are women over 40, be very careful. They form insular cliques and are extremely exclusionary. They apply one set of standards to outsiders and another to themselves, often contradicting themselves and failing to convince anyone.

There are strange rules regarding women’s clothing (for non-business roles): women cannot wear shorts and may only wear short skirts. If you wear shorts, HR will highlight it.

High turnover, with a chaotic organization and work allocation. The shortest tenure I’ve seen was just a little over a week, and the company is always looking for people. The owner’s wife and the sales manager are both very emotional, making the office atmosphere unpleasant and gloomy.

The company makes money but is very stingy with employees, with virtually no year-end benefits to speak of.

There are many rules, including regulations on everyday work attire—for example, employees in positions that never require meeting clients are still not allowed to wear jeans or sandals.

The company hired a consultant (who loves talking about his experience as an intern at IBM in the United States). Officially, his role is employee relations, but in reality, he acts as the enforcer whenever labor-management issues arise. He is good at painting an unrealistic picture of the future to retain employees, but the company cannot actually offer much in terms of prospects or benefits.

You won’t learn anything, and employees are not treated fairly. This is not a place to stay for long.
