Read the community guidelinesThere is only one advantage: getting to know some really great colleagues there.
There are quite a lot of disadvantages..
1. The senior HR employee clocks everyone out at the end of the workday. If a colleague leaves early and forgets to clock out, no other colleague is allowed to clock out for them. If someone does, the senior HR employee will angrily complain about it.
2. Employees have to bring their own office supplies. If they need to use company supplies, they must apply to the senior HR employee first. Whether the request is approved depends on that person's mood. When they are in a good mood, no additional report is needed; when they are in a bad mood, they put on a nasty face before allowing anyone to take anything.
3. Other than the boss and the boss's wife, the senior HR employee is the most powerful person in the company. Everything you do, including asking questions, depends on their mood. When they are in a good mood, they greet you with a smile no matter what you say. When they are in a bad mood, they privately gossip about you to other colleagues.
4. The senior HR employee is praised whether they do something right or wrong. If anyone else makes a mistake, they get severely reprimanded; even when they do something right, they receive little praise or reward.
5. The scariest person in the company is the boss's wife. She smiles on the surface, but when she is in a bad mood, she also harshly berates you in private. Whenever she assigns work, she does not explain it clearly and glosses over everything. If you try to confirm the details, she berates you severely. She always says that you can ask questions if you do not understand, but every time you ask, all you get is a scolding. She is an absolutely disgusting two-faced person.
6. The company has no real employee benefits system. There are no holiday bonuses for any of the three major festivals, yet they have the nerve to tell other employees that they are a conscientious business.
7. Previously, when a female employee at the company became pregnant, everyone was called into the office to celebrate and congratulate the expectant mother. Not long afterward, she was asked to resign. This is supposedly a company that sells maternity and baby products, touting how much it cares about other mothers while treating its own employees so cruelly. What exactly is hidden beneath these disgusting masks?
8. The boss's wife privately finds current employees to complain about employees who have resigned. The person has already left—who are they trying to intimidate by putting on such an act of authority?
9. The company's higher-ups like to exploit current employees to the fullest. For example, they make them move miscellaneous items from the boss's house to the company, or have other employees handle the relocation when the company moves. After the move is finished, they then ask employees to leave. It is unbelievably ridiculous—they do not give people any time to look for another job and simply tell them to go. That is really inconsiderate.
10. There are still many more disadvantages; I genuinely could not list them all. On the surface, the company represents brands under a major corporation and advertises services such as “loving mothers” and excellent after-sales support. But the mothers they pamper are all outsiders, while the employees bear all the hardships and losses. They even go so far as to ask employees who have just become pregnant to resign. They call this “loving mothers”? There is absolutely no care at all—it is all just for appearances, to show other people. They are completely inconsiderate toward their own staff..

The offered salary, such as NT$30,000, includes a perfect-attendance bonus of NT$1,500.
A bit dishonest: at 6:00 p.m., HR clocks out for you right on time to avoid paying overtime. You also have to sign a probationary-period agreement stating that the probationary period is three months; if you are deemed unsuitable, you will not receive severance pay. Truly speechless.
