Read the community guidelines1. Friendly reception staff
2. You find out whether you were accepted on the same day
1. There is no opportunity to clear up any misunderstanding with the interviewer. Whatever they say about you goes, and if something happens, they will not listen to your explanation; they will only insist on their own view.
2. They are unwilling to provide the salary structure during the interview and will only tell you the final salary amount. The salary structure is not provided until your first day.
3. What they say about salary adjustments before the interview and before your first day is inconsistent. During the interview, they tell you that your salary will be adjusted after three months and then increased again based on your abilities. On your first day, this changes to a salary adjustment after three months based on performance, followed by another adjustment based on ability.
4. You cannot request annual leave for a specific date. You can only say which month you want to take annual leave, and then the company arranges your days off.
5. Sundays are basically fixed days off, with eight days off per month. This means the remaining four days off can only be adjusted slightly, and they also depend on the number of patients the doctor sees that day, so you cannot freely arrange your days off.
6. The base salary is calculated based on extended overtime hours. Only after adding other bonuses, such as the perfect-attendance bonus, does it meet the minimum salary listed on the employment website. Therefore, the salary bracket reported for labor and health insurance is the lowest one.
7. It takes several days to obtain an official employment offer, and in the end they are only willing to send you a scanned copy via LINE.
8. The dress code requires completely white shoes. Any designs or logos on the shoes must also be white, and according to the interviewer, the shoes must match the uniform as well.
9. Their attitude changes dramatically before and after the interview. Do not let the interviewer's attitude convince you that this is a good job.
10. They can even cancel the offer at the last minute on your first day, without any apology or compensation afterward. If you really want this job, be sure to open a bank account, undergo the hospital medical examination, and buy completely white shoes only after signing the contract and following the requirements on the offer letter.
11. During the interview, they repeatedly emphasize that work assignments here are highly specialized, so no mistakes are allowed because the duties are no longer as miscellaneous as those at a typical clinic. If you are not 100% confident that you will not make mistakes, do not try it lightly.
