Pros

The environment is clean and tidy, the front desk staff are friendly, and the staff from the relevant department who conducted the interview were also friendly.

Cons

1. The company building is not easy to locate.

2. The female HR representative was unfriendly and impolite, and kept a sour expression throughout the interview.

3. They do not like candidates with blank résumés or no experience.

4. They do not respect traditional industries.

5. The entire interview was extremely challenging, with many deliberately difficult questions.

6. The relevant department staff listened attentively, but HR did not.

7. They mentioned within the first half hour that I was not suitable, yet still wasted three hours putting me through a difficult interview.

Recommendations:

Apply only if you have experience; if you do not, you should definitely avoid going there to be humiliated.

Do not assume you can go there to learn—they will not train you. They want candidates with experience so they do not have to teach them.

Answer flexibly and be confident. You need to think very quickly because they may suddenly ask unexpected questions.

They said they are in the FMCG sector, so extremely fast reactions are required to be suitable.

Overall, this was the most mentally exhausting interview I have ever had.

Pros

People who have a lot of ideas about setting up a company's financial systems will feel that there is plenty of room to make an impact.

Cons

That advantage, in reverse, is also to say.....(use your own judgment).

First, HR. It's quite interesting: in the short term, the company lost two-thirds of its employees due to restructuring, and most current employees have 1.5 years of tenure. This job doesn't pay much, but it can help you get a big salary jump in your next job.......All of this was brought up proactively by HR (?)

Let's just assume that HR was communicating very sincerely.

Next, the direct supervisor. She was also quite interesting. She put it very plainly: she had previously worked in a department related to analysis, but she doesn't know how the analytical results are produced (?). In professional discussions, a large number of English words will appear. Those who dislike coworkers speaking Chinese with English terms mixed in should use their own judgment.

The direct supervisor's supervisor has fairly clear logic and seems quite capable.

Finally, compensation. Relative to the job responsibilities, the salary is far below the market rate for foreign companies, and in the end they wanted me to provide proof of my previous company's salary (?)
