1. Frequent overtime, with no overtime pay; it is entirely a discretionary-work system.
2. There is no clear training system. After joining, you will be told to watch a bunch of online videos, but honestly, they are not very useful. Basically, you are expected to learn by doing. However, everyone is quite busy, so whether you can ask questions depends on the situation. Sometimes, when you encounter a feature that no one has used before, you can only research it yourself.
3. The company does not have a very clear management system. It feels like decisions are made on the spur of the moment—saying one thing and doing another.
4. You need to produce a large amount of documentation, which takes up a very, very large part of the job. If you cannot spend long periods doing boring tasks, this position is not suitable for you.
5. At the beginning, you cannot arrange your own work. Basically, what you do each day will be planned out for you. However, there is very little flexibility when unexpected situations arise. If you do not finish something urgent, you may need to work overtime to complete it.
6. Because the average age is quite young, the atmosphere is somewhat like a university club. If you do not follow the team’s pace, it is easy to be told that you are not fitting in.
The manager is easy to communicate with, colleagues get along well, and the office atmosphere is good.
In addition to the snacks that are always available in the office,
there are often drinks and snacks, occasional group meals, and gifts in addition to bonuses for the three major holidays.
There is no overtime pay, but overtime is extremely frequent.
It is a small company with few employees, and everyone is entirely responsible for their own work.

Training is incomplete, so you basically have to rely on self-study.

Managers often independently take on projects that even the engineers may not currently be able to develop.
After accepting them, they have the engineers learn as they go while writing them.
Able to learn how to operate the system’s modules and experience what it is like for a consultant without control over resources to successfully complete a project. This is a great learning environment.
Travel expenses are delayed for half a year before being paid; as long as any client approaches senior management, they can almost always get assistance in fulfilling their requirements, regardless of the cost.
