1. The office atmosphere is good, and everyone generally gets along well.
2. You don’t need to work on designated makeup workdays for national holidays.
3. The company pays for a monthly team meal.
4. Plenty of snacks and drinks.
1. Frequent overtime, with no overtime pay; it is entirely a discretionary-work system.
2. There is no clear training system. After joining, you will be told to watch a bunch of online videos, but honestly, they are not very useful. Basically, you are expected to learn by doing. 5. At the beginning, you cannot arrange your own work. Basically, what you do each day will be planned out for you. However, there is very little flexibility when unexpected situations arise. If you do not finish something urgent, you may need to work overtime to complete it.
6. Because the average age is quite young, the atmosphere is somewhat like a university club. If you do not follow the team’s pace, it is easy to be told that you are not fitting in.
