Read the community guidelines1. Commercial office building (very nice environment)
2. Good office environment
1. Personally, I recommend that experienced professionals from outside the industry not choose to join this company lightly. There is no honeymoon period for newcomers; management "expects" new hires to be able to get up to speed on all tasks within 3–5 days. They do not care what tasks the person assigned to train you gives you during those few days. Even if colleagues in the same position teach carefully and allow you to ask questions, it is difficult for someone switching industries to fully get up to speed in such a short time.
2. A certain supervisor inexplicably targets people and is very subjective, completely disregarding the actual facts. In addition, if you make mistakes or perform poorly because you are unfamiliar with something, you will be harshly criticized rather than being taught again how to do it correctly and well. What help can saying hurtful things provide in this situation, or what problem can it solve?
3. The position advertised differs greatly from the actual job duties, possibly because it is a small company without an accountant or accounting assistant.
4. There is no accountant or accounting assistant, so all the work is divided among the sales assistants. People without an accounting background or who are not good at accounting tasks will probably find it very difficult.
5. They do not send an offer upon hiring; they only send a message through 104. (If you know, you know.)
6. The employees appear to get along very well, but in reality, it is hard to say.
7. Those who often need to take leave should choose carefully. Although the leave requests are always approved, afterward they will say that, as a small company, they cannot keep allowing employees to take leave.
8. After you submit your resignation, a certain supervisor will still PUA employees, making it sound as though everything is for the employee’s benefit, but only that supervisor knows the truth.
9. Do not throw yourself into this company simply because it has Japanese investment and this industry has promising prospects. The company’s systems and benefits are very different from those of a Japanese company. It does not have the structured systems typical of Japanese companies, and the benefits and compensation merely comply with the Labor Standards Act.
I told Sister Koko about something I already knew, but she still insisted on showing off by teaching me.
Sister Koko loves showing off.

The brand is somewhat well-known.
I never expected that after so much time, things would still be the same! The person in charge is not at all familiar with or interested in the company’s industry or products, and only uses her own narrow, subjective views to make you follow her way of thinking.
Because she is unfamiliar with the industry and has a very closed-minded way of thinking, the concepts she proposes are often out of step with current trends. However, if you do not accept her ideas, she will assume that you are being lazy and slacking off.
The workplace is in a high-end office building on the 23rd floor.
Starting with the interview, the female manager gave me an extremely uncomfortable impression. She came across as looking down on others. When I asked about the business assistant's job duties, she said that in addition to the business assistant's responsibilities, there would also be other tasks assigned by managers. At the time, I accepted what she said. However, after I actually started work, there was insufficient staffing, and the business assistant also had to handle all accounting matters. In other words, the position combined business assistance and accounting into one role. Although the company had a nominal accountant, all accounting records were assigned to the business assistants. There were two business assistants in total, responsible for serving partner stores throughout Taiwan and handling monthly closing procedures. There were more than a hundred partner stores, as well as reconciliation work for e-commerce platforms. The workload was completely unmanageable, but the female manager considered this staffing level normal because she had never actually participated in the operations and did not understand how hard others worked. She only complained that the turnover rate among business assistants was high, without trying to understand why. In addition to the excessive workload, you also had to endure the female manager's arrogant attitude. She would not listen to you at all and believed that her own methods were always right. Even when the facts showed that her methods were wrong, she would not admit it. She gave people the impression of looking down on others, yet she herself had nothing to inspire confidence—only a nasty mouth. One more thing: when you onboard, she will call the emergency contact listed in your personal information to verify it. Although this is a normal procedure, her attitude toward the emergency contact is also very poor, as if she were a debt collector. A manager who is so self-important and arrogant is truly frightening. Please think carefully before joining; she manages every position in the office.
The office building is very upscale, and the toilets have bidet functions.
There are too many drawbacks to list.
One employee within the company is really bullying others by abusing their position.
