Read the community guidelinesThey use job postings as bait to lure interviewees into helping complete HR KPIs and the company’s business needs.
After receiving the assignment, they immediately sent a rejection letter. They didn’t continue squeezing every last bit out of the candidate through video interviews—how uncharacteristic of a Taiwanese company.
Those who are generous and willing to help are encouraged to submit plenty of résumés and help them complete their various targets. Those who are actually looking for a job can turn right and leave, returning to job sites to continue browsing other opportunities.

The interviewer had a very poor attitude. It felt like even asking questions was not acceptable, and they were impatient.

After referring to interview experiences from several years ago posted by others,
I thought that after so many years, surely I wouldn't be unlucky enough to be asked to write something already prepared.
Still, I decided to give it a try.
As expected, everything they asked me to write during the interview was taken from existing questions.
I wrote only a basic outline for them. It took HR about five days to reply regarding the test content.
Half of it met their expectations, while the other half did not. When I asked which part did not meet their expectations,
they couldn't answer..... This is clearly a company looking for people to do their assignments. I recommend applying elsewhere instead—don't waste your time with this company.
The office interior is quite beautiful.
During the interview, I repeatedly confirmed that I would be notified or receive a thank-you letter regardless of whether I advanced to the second-round interview.
HR said the result would take approximately 3–5 business days, but even after more than 5 business days, I still did not receive any notification.
Later, I discovered that the position had been closed.

The interviewer was very polite.
1. Do interviews really not require any preparation? Do you just ask whatever comes to mind? Don’t you think that’s a waste of time?
2. The company has been recruiting for so long and still can’t find anyone—is it because you’ve been continually getting people to do assignments for free to help you solve problems?
