Read the community guidelinesNone—it's basically working in a minefield.
- The company is undergoing major downsizing, and its performance is concerning. If you’re looking to stay long term, don’t come.
- A boss who has no idea what’s going on, constantly uses emotional blackmail, communicates in an emotional manner, and focuses on the person rather than the issue.
- An insular sales group that spends its time badmouthing and ostracizing colleagues.
- Numerous communication breakdowns; the boss tells everyone something different and has very poor coordination skills.
- They hire a bunch of people who lack ability, then blame others for not taking the initiative when they can’t get things done themselves.
- The boss has no clear direction for the brand and has no idea how to operate it, only blaming others for being unprofessional.
- They think the brand is extremely popular; after spending a lot of money on PR, they assume they’re a top-tier brand.
- Unless you’re mentally prepared to do charitable work, don’t come.
Um...
A bunch of coworkers who don't do their work properly and love gossiping.
- A boss who clearly has something wrong with him and refuses to see a doctor. A boss who likes emotional blackmail, calls you in the middle of the night to vent, complains about their employees, or fabricates rumors and gossips obsessively.
- Not only do they give no gift money for the Mid-Autumn Festival, they give employees expired skincare products.
- When they're in a bad mood, or recently upset because they heard someone else's gossip, they can dismiss you on the same day.
- They don't value professionalism. They only want everyone to applaud and say everything is good; when something goes wrong, they immediately want to find someone to take the blame.
- The boss always dismisses the professionally skilled people in the company or forces them to leave, then keeps a bunch of useless people behind. xD I wonder which unfortunate employee they'll call in the middle of the night to cry to next.
- The boss never knows what they want. Meetings have no focus; it's just the boss taking four hours of the department heads' time by locking them in a room to listen to them brag about themselves.
- It's not that the team can't finish the work before the deadline; the boss likes to disappear and never approves the departments' work. So a lot of the time it's incredibly frustrating... because in the end they'll blame you, saying they didn't approve it because you weren't professional enough.
Suitable for part-time students
1. Poor base salary and very low commission percentage
2. The company lacks structure, and turnover is high
2. The training is very perfunctory—it's really ridiculous!
3. The products have no advantage (they are cheaper to buy online)
4. The brand positioning is like a 7-Eleven convenience store
(clothes + coffee + American, Japanese, and Korean skincare and makeup products)
You can leave work on time, and the work environment is good.
The boss often doesn’t know what they want and doesn’t value employees’ proposals and suggestions. Every meeting feels like it might as well not have happened, and there is never any conclusion in the end. The entire team keeps going around in circles, everyone is emotionally exhausted, and all their enthusiasm has been completely worn away!
