Mie Plant—
1. Employees are expected to understand all basic skills before joining the company. The company assumes that every incoming employee should possess these work skills.
The company has no career planning; the boss only says that Qicheng is a company, not an educational institution.
2. This company is unwilling to handle personnel issues or conflicts among employees and does not care about HR-related matters.
Employees are expected to handle personnel issues themselves, especially Ms. Meng (S) from R&D, who pretends to cry for the boss when she cannot win a dispute.
3. ISO/SOPs are for reference only; in practice, supervisors may still question how the work is done.
There are gaps in handovers within the plant, and people who do not understand the work are asked to train newcomers. Supervisors then blame new employees for not knowing many things.
4. Because there is no general affairs staff, employees take turns each week arranging duty rosters and ordering lunch boxes themselves.
5. A company with a lot of PUA.

They initially said there would be three bonuses, but there weren't three! The boss constantly exploits you by paying the minimum wage (while also making you do many other tasks)! They're hiring all year round! P.S. I worked at the Sanchong plant.

Applying for the lowest-level position during the interview, yet there are so many requirements.
People who are intelligent and have exceptionally high IQs wouldn’t appear here, okay? You keep being picky and are always hiring.
If the conditions the company actually wants were written in the posting, perhaps neither side would waste time.
Worked in Xinzhuang; lunch was covered by the company.
The pace was fast-paced, and the boss had high standards, but the salary did not even meet the minimum wage. We had to stay until 8 p.m. for the major cleaning. Since I could not accommodate this, I resigned.

Typical bad boss, makes empty promises

Don’t waste your time going to an interview. I don’t know about Sanchong; the Xinzhuang location fundamentally isn’t hiring anyone. The entire plant is deserted, and the job postings on 104 have never changed.
Going for the interview felt a bit strange—the entire office was empty, giving the impression that there wasn’t much of a future.
