Pros

1. Can't think of any advantages.

Cons

1. Completely disregards individual work experience and only wants to hire you as a new employee.

2. To be honest, the compensation offered is really poor. Basically, hiring a part-time worker would actually be faster, cheaper, and more useful—and there would be no need to provide NT$1,000 for perfect attendance.

3. HR's communication skills are not very good and they lack the logic to put themselves in someone else's shoes. They actually wanted to use the salary from my previous job—which was already low—to make an offer!? Why not try applying that logic to themselves? I was completely dumbfounded. If this continued, I would start to doubt whether my IQ had also hit rock bottom.

4. Looking at the reviews on Tianyan, the overall impression isn't very good. Those who want to apply and interview should think it over carefully. Unless you can't find a job, this company probably won't be your first choice.

Pros

1. Colleagues are very easy to get along with.

2. When working here, you will often hear the boss say that many technologies are very simple and that engineers can learn them just by searching online;

if a technology is difficult, you will also get the statement above. And then nothing happens.

Cons

1. The boss is always right, the most capable, and wise.

If the boss is wrong, refer to the previous sentence.

2. The boss is very suited to a career in politics and is very eloquent.

They are very good at explaining the meaning of the Labor Standards Act.

3. When you encounter difficult problems at work, Google is usually your only support.
