1. Can't think of any advantages.
1. Completely disregards individual work experience and only wants to hire you as a new employee.
2. To be honest, the compensation offered is really poor. Basically, hiring a part-time worker would actually be faster, cheaper, and more useful—and there would be no need to provide NT$1,000 for perfect attendance.
3. HR's communication skills are not very good and they lack the logic to put themselves in someone else's shoes. They actually wanted to use the salary from my previous job—which was already low—to make an offer!? Why not try applying that logic to themselves? I was completely dumbfounded. If this continued, I would start to doubt whether my IQ had also hit rock bottom.
4. Looking at the reviews on Tianyan, the overall impression isn't very good. Those who want to apply and interview should think it over carefully. Unless you can't find a job, this company probably won't be your first choice.
