Read the community guidelinesThe work is challenging, making it a great place to gain experience.
The difficulty of the work lies in:
1. Working endlessly is because you lack a sense of time. If you do not meet the boss’s standards, there is no need to discuss a raise—this is perfectly reasonable.
2. The company advocates American culture. Changing directives from day to day is how we break away from traditional thinking. The company also places great emphasis on employee development: taking on multiple roles and trying different things is the only way to secure a bright future.
3. The company treats employees like family—we are all one family. Bringing up transportation expenses, learning subsidies, or holiday bonuses would hurt our feelings. Employees should come to work with the mindset of “devoting themselves to the company”; only then can they achieve something in the future.
4. Being called in by the boss to discuss the company’s vision in the middle of work is part of the company culture. Employees should constantly remind themselves: the company’s vision is my vision, and I am willing to contribute to the company.

The scope of work keeps expanding indefinitely, and there may be discrepancies from what was discussed in the interview.
The boss's direction is unclear and changes from day to day.
It operates on a responsibility-based system, and employees are expected to treat the company as their home and devote themselves to it.
