Pros

During the interview, I could feel that the office atmosphere was very harmonious. The colleagues seemed fairly young, and it was also mentioned during the interview that there is performance pressure, but overtime is not required.

Cons

There is probably performance pressure to meet targets.

Pros

My day-to-day work involves developing new vendors and products. Although mainland vendors sometimes react negatively when they hear the company’s name, they are generally very proactive and friendly when communicated with properly. Colleagues get along harmoniously and happily, and everyone helps one another. There are individual and team performance targets each month, and supervisors reward everyone after the targets are met. We celebrate each other’s birthdays, like one big family. It is very enjoyable to work at the company. There is a review every quarter, and supervisors encourage everyone to raise areas where they feel the company could improve. They also understand the situation and help resolve any problems encountered.

Cons

Since the Taipei office is only a procurement office, communication with headquarters is not as timely, and the attitude toward feedback is relatively passive.

Pros

Can't think of any.

Cons

Whatever you do, don't waste your time here.

A former colleague told me there seemed to have been many labor disputes.

After joining, I secretly looked into it, and it turned out the company really had been placed on a list by the Ministry of Labor......and it had violated more than one regulation....

The pay is quite low, the sales targets are extremely difficult to achieve, and you even have to compete with your own branch office for market share. It's extremely bizarre......

The company also has a pretty bad reputation in the market. When doing business development yourself, many companies simply don't want to work with it.

The managers' management style is truly speechless. They will encourage you nicely and politely, but it feels like they're just constantly putting pressure on you.

And there is basically no meaningful support or leadership.......

According to colleagues, almost everyone who has resigned left on very bad terms......

Although it seems you may get opportunities to travel for work, it all depends on your sales performance—and the targets are difficult to achieve........

In short, it's a company with a foreign-company exterior but a local-company core, and there isn't much room for development.

I was there for a very short time, but I experienced more than enough....all I can say is, luckily I didn't waste my life there.
