My day-to-day work involves developing new vendors and products. Although mainland vendors sometimes react negatively when they hear the company’s name, they are generally very proactive and friendly when communicated with properly. Colleagues get along harmoniously and happily, and everyone helps one another. There are individual and team performance targets each month, and supervisors reward everyone after the targets are met. We celebrate each other’s birthdays, like one big family. It is very enjoyable to work at the company. There is a review every quarter, and supervisors encourage everyone to raise areas where they feel the company could improve. They also understand the situation and help resolve any problems encountered.
Since the Taipei office is only a procurement office, communication with headquarters is not as timely, and the attitude toward feedback is relatively passive.
