Read the community guidelinesVery funny?
I'm dying laughing.
Do people inside this company have to come up here and wash the reviews at regular intervals? 🤣
Several IPs are the same, yet they still pretend to be different people—so funny.
Please, really, don't keep having your friends and relatives use fake accounts to leave basically the same comments. 🤣
It looks extremely obvious. Please.
It really has absolutely no reference value—instead, it's hilarious. Hahahahahahaha
The interviewer was very friendly and courteous. They explained the various policies and systems in considerable detail, but also very clearly. The atmosphere was more like a casual conversation—relaxed but not careless. Even though I mentioned that I didn’t really care much about bonuses and was quite confused about whether I should continue working in the service industry as part of my career planning, they did not criticize me or show any displeasure. They even encouraged me to consider what direction I could develop in the future. After the interview, I had a better impression of the brand and even felt that I could work a little harder and give it a try.
It is more suitable for job seekers who are pursuing generous bonuses. For the service industry, it would actually be better if the bonus structure and various policies were clearly laid out. Those who just want to coast shouldn’t apply.
Very efficient. I received a response not many days after the interview.
I heard there is comprehensive pre-employment training and generous bonuses.
You get what you put in. If you aspire to earn high bonuses and enjoy challenges, this is a good fit.
But if you prefer a comfortable, easygoing environment, it may not be suitable.
Received an interview invitation three days after submitting my résumé.
Had the on-site interview at their headquarters two days later.
Received the result four days after the interview.
I applied for this position because my previous company had a very flat organizational structure with little room for promotion.
Their promotion system sounded very well established, and I could see that they were continuing to open new stores.
It seemed that there would be opportunities to take on management roles and challenges.
The interviewer was very candid and did not make unrealistic promises. They clearly explained the details of the commission structure for sales performance.
It is challenging, but the commission rate is high.
There are bonuses not only for individual performance,
but also for team performance and competitions. (I did not fully understand the competition details, but it felt like they had seriously planned bonuses for high performers.)
The salary and benefits are quite good, but it seems that candidates need to have a strong understanding of accessories,
a good sense of fashion coordination,
a desire to earn money, and the ability to withstand high pressure.
I don't know whether it's because the company is so large.
Although the interview process was very efficient,
it gave me the impression that there are a lot of rules.
The positive aspect is that the systems are well established;
the downside is that it may take some time to understand everything after joining the company.
The process is fast, efficiency is high, the bonuses are better than those offered by competitors, and the interviewers are friendly.
There is regular job training, and promotion exams are held every quarter. For those who want to move up, there are quite a few opportunities.
This job sounds very stressful. Simply put, the high income probably comes with a lot of demands; it all depends on whether you have what it takes to handle them.
1、 The company environment looks good, and the office where the interview took place was quite comfortable.
2、 The interviewer was very punctual and explained the company’s affairs and various policies very clearly.
3、 The entire interview process was very fast.
1、 Based on the interviewer’s explanation, I could tell that the work pressure would be quite high (although the bonus sounds very attractive because it seems higher than those offered by other companies in the same industry).
2、 Perhaps because of its large scale, I still personally feel that there are rather too many rules.
From submitting my résumé to the interview process, everything was very quick and smooth. The company environment is beautiful, and it gives the impression that they place a lot of emphasis on the atmosphere for employees at work. The interviewer answered every question, and I heard that the bonuses are quite high. If you work hard, it should be fairly easy to save up a small sum of money!
I didn't encounter any suggestive reminders that violated labor laws, which is really rare in today's job market, QQ.
The interview process was too quick and thorough, and the interviewer repeatedly emphasized that the job was relatively high-pressure, which inevitably made me wonder whether the turnover rate was high. But then I remembered that they had recently opened several new stores, so it seemed more likely that they were expanding their workforce.
The service requirements for sales staff are relatively high. There are also many products and many customers, so compared with other jewelry retailers, the job is more challenging and not easy.
× The interview environment was comfortable, and the interviewer was punctual and explained the company policies very clearly. They spoke frankly and practically.
× The bonuses sound amazing! I asked a friend who already works there through a personal connection, and they said you really can receive bonuses as impressive as the interviewer described!
× They clearly explained the promotion system, so after hearing about it, I wouldn't want to treat this job as merely a stepping stone.
× Both the interviewer and people who work there mentioned that the pressure is fairly high.
× There are quite a lot of details in the internal regulations, but they appear to be legal.
1. As long as you work hard to meet the sales targets, the bonuses are genuinely quite good. I previously worked in sales as well, but the bonuses were really not that substantial. This company is truly quite generous.
Of course, there are peak and off-peak seasons, but compared with other companies, I think the bonuses really are better.
2. The promotion system is very transparent. As long as you work hard, there is a good chance of being promoted to assistant store manager or store manager.
3. The atmosphere at the store is very good, and everyone gets along well. New employees are not left at a loss when they come to work, which helps prevent additional problems. I think the company does a good job in this regard.
1. Since the company places a strong emphasis on high-performance sales ability, the pressure can sometimes be a little intense.
2. After all, this is a company of a certain size, so the work requirements are also relatively strict. There are slightly more rules and requirements,
but this also means you are less likely to encounter policies that keep changing.
There was ample time to highlight key points from my résumé and introduce myself. When I explained why I wanted to transition from clothing sales to jewelry sales, I was also given plenty of room to demonstrate my strengths. The manager asked questions about my past experience, and I felt the interview atmosphere was positive. The interviewer was very friendly, and I also felt that they were genuinely interested in my previous sales experience.
The interview questions were fairly standard. I had originally expected to be asked how I would handle customers or difficult customers.
1. The bonuses are very high. According to what was said during the interview and by senior colleagues after joining, you can indeed earn more than the industry average. I’ve also heard estimates of around twice as much as at small CK. Some senior colleagues really do consistently earn over 50,000–60,000, and if you are assigned to a good counter, there is a fairly high chance of reaching 50,000 within a few months of joining.
2. The company’s policies and procedures are comprehensive, so you don’t have to worry about feeling lost or directionless.
3. The promotion pathway is well established. During the interview, they already painted a clear picture of the opportunities, and after asking senior colleagues, I found that it wasn’t just empty promises. As long as you want to advance, there are opportunities. If you decide from the beginning that you want to become a manager, you can also express that proactively during the interview.
1. The bonuses are real and attainable, but you have to work extremely, extremely hard.
2. Because this is not a new company and has inevitably gone through many experiences, its policies and procedures are already quite comprehensive. To put it bluntly, there are relatively many rules and details, but at least they are transparent and openly communicated. After you first join, you can learn more and talk with senior colleagues about mistakes they have made in the past; as long as you try to avoid them, you should be fine.
3. If you express that you want to move up, the company will also evaluate you according to stricter standards. This can accelerate your self-improvement, but naturally, the pressure will also be greater.
