Most of the salary consists of performance-based pay and overtime pay, while the base salary is very low.
However, performance-based pay is not something you can determine yourself. You only receive a bonus after exceeding the basic quota (if customers spend less, or if larger orders are not assigned to you, it is of no use).
As for overtime pay, the more overtime you work, the more you earn... Oh, to comply with the law, some of the performance bonus is counted as overtime pay so that the company does not violate the law!
Some colleagues often stay at the company for a very long time, and I have no idea why = =
The base salary (only 23,000) includes 1,000 for perfect attendance, so if you do not have perfect attendance, you lose 1,000—what?!
So if business is poor, you can only receive the basic wage, minus labor and health insurance premiums and some kind of welfare fund contribution (which does not benefit me either).
There is a monthly meeting every month, and you cannot take annual leave; it is treated as working time.
Oh, the year-end banquet is held during one of the months at the end of the year. You also cannot take annual leave on that day, and taking personal leave will result in the perfect-attendance bonus being deducted.
There is a contract commitment of more than two years. Everyone, please think carefully.
The work atmosphere is good, and the job offers a lot of freedom. As long as you do your own work, no one bothers you if you watch videos or browse online shops. The colleagues are all very nice.
I left because of my supervisor. Of course, this is somewhat subjective, so you can experience it for yourself.
The interview at this company was practically like receiving tailored, professional career counseling!
From the very beginning, when I submitted my résumé through the job bank, their response was very quick, and it never felt like my application had disappeared into a black hole. During the interview, they said that regardless of whether applicants met the requirements, they would definitely respond to everyone who applied. A company that can understand job seekers’ feelings should also be able to “put itself in its employees’ shoes,” right!? At the very least, it made a great first impression!
The entire interview process was very thorough, from the written test and practical test (English typing test) to the oral interview. They came across as professional yet approachable. Most importantly, they offered appropriate advice and feedback from the job seeker’s perspective. This was especially valuable for applicants—whether or not they were hired, they could still gain something very positive from the experience.
I really hope I’ll have the opportunity to work at this company!
