1. The boss loves using profanity and treats male and female employees equally by "greeting" them with it.
2. Never offend the sycophantic assistants or old-guard employees; you have to hold them in the palm of your hand. They cannot accept new knowledge from outside, and if you anger them, they will report you and pressure you to leave.
3. Despite having implemented an ERP system for years, huge inventory discrepancies still occur. The people involved are fine, and then employees are told that the company did not make money, so of course the bonuses get diluted.
4. There is a very powerful "clique." If you do not get into it or gain its acceptance, you are destined to receive no support anywhere in the company. The informants' influence reaches everywhere.
The factory is fairly clean, and there is air conditioning in the summer, which is pretty good!
Salaries are paid on time, and the overtime pay is acceptable...
There are many disadvantages... Most of them are problems with people and policies~
The boss is prone to mood swings, and employees from different departments do not work well together. Often, each department just does its own thing, and exchanging opinions is treated as meaningless talk!
Poor quality control~ There is no dedicated department or personnel to inspect the machine-made products,
resulting in inconsistent quality, and the quality varies from one production run to another. There are too many versions~
There are frequent complaints and grievances from customers!
Customized products are even worse~ Worse~ Worse~
When there is an urgent order, overtime is often required, sometimes working day and night!
Wasn't interviewed
Arrived on time for the interview and waited for over an hour, but no one received me.
I was only given an HR information form to fill out.
I left directly; they showed no respect for people.
There aren't really any advantages to working at this company. You just muddle through, coasting along, doing dead-end work until you're thoroughly investigated and dealt with.
A very sycophantic company that likes being flattered, with a group of court jesters and palace maids who can't do anything well but insist on doing things anyway.
There is no accountability. Any customized machine gets modified and patched up haphazardly. They are always complaining that there is no money and that things can't be done properly. They don't even have ISO certification, and everything still depends on whether the boss wants to do it. They only shout slogans and are incapable of accomplishing anything.
