Workplace reviews and discussion: 翔慶精密工業有限公司

There are no real advantages to working at this company. You just muddle through, coasting along and doing mindless work until you are thoroughly investigated and dealt with.

A very arrogant company that likes to be flattered, along with a group of sycophants and palace maids who can’t do anything well but insist on meddling in things they like to do.

There is no sense of responsibility. Any customized machinery is constantly modified and patched up, while they keep saying there is no money and things cannot be done properly. They do not even have ISO certification, and everything still depends on whether the boss wants to do it. They only shout slogans and cannot accomplish anything.
