1. This company’s organizational structure is really dysfunctional. Everyone works in a state of considerable chaos—it’s like slowly being boiled alive. The overall processes are also very lax; you could say there is no real structure or set of standards at all.
2. I have no bias regarding whether the boss is a woman, but the boss’s lack of creativity is practically the source of this company’s problems... Honestly, employees want to do their jobs properly, but the boss’s emotional instructions make that difficult to carry out. The boss keeps changing what they say, so you have to be especially careful throughout the communication process, making it very difficult to work effectively.
I thought the salary was good, but little did I know what would follow…
The reviews below are all based on real experiences:
1. As mentioned below, the female owner of the company is not very systematic in the way she does things and often goes around in circles, repeatedly asking about the same issues.
2. If company employees have too many personal opinions, there is a very high chance of being dismissed. If you want to experience being dismissed, give it a try.
3. The same issue applies to pay slips: you will only receive one if you ask for it yourself. Remember to calculate and check it yourself; otherwise, you may end up receiving less pay.

Overtime pay is provided
1. Completely disorganized and immature management style; most decisions are made emotionally
2. Laying off employees is commonplace
3. When they want to lay off employee A, they do not dare tell the person concerned. Instead, they first call other colleagues in and emotionally manipulate them, pressuring them about whether employee A should be laid off because they are afraid of being the bad guy
4. Extremely good at putting on an act in front of and behind people’s backs; they tell each person a different version of events
5. The pay statement is extremely difficult to obtain. They delay it as much as possible, and if you do not ask, they will not provide it proactively
6. There is no year-end bonus or holiday bonus, and the bonuses listed on 104 that supposedly cannot all be used up are also completely made up
In short, this is an extremely chaotic company. If you want to train your mental resilience, feel free to give it a try~ (Because you will not learn much professionally here either ^_^)

Because the company is not profitable, it offers no benefits at all—no holiday bonuses, year-end bonus, or company banquet. Overtime is the norm. They usually like to assign tasks suddenly just before the end of the workday. The boss is not a bad person, but is sensitive and tends to get stuck in circular thinking, so the same issues have to be explained repeatedly. Honestly, I would not really recommend it to job seekers.
The only advantage is probably that I get along better with a few colleagues.
The company is quite fond of making empty promises. The high turnover rate says a lot about the benefits the company provides its employees: there is no year-end bonus, no year-end banquet, and no bonuses for the three major holidays. I advise everyone to think twice before joining this company.
