The boss really likes taking advantage of people
Can gain experience
Good relationships among colleagues
1. The company’s turnover rate is incredibly high (more than five people can leave within just four or five months)
2. The managers are relatives of the boss (they completely side with management), lack sufficient experience, cannot shoulder responsibility, and pass all problems on to the boss
3. Although it is clearly a creative planning company, its management style is very much like that of a factory
4. The boss’s aesthetic sense needs improvement. They say they can accept innovation, but ultimately still prefer traditional approaches (designers need to take many factors into consideration)
5. The manager is the boss’s mouthpiece
You can rapidly gain experience within a month
There’s a boss who is insanely, unbelievably busy, yet wants to control everything but can’t keep a handle on anything!
There’s also a supervisor who is forever troubled by romantic relationships, lacks backbone, dares not take responsibility, and has to ask the boss about everything before making a decision.
In the end, it turns out that after passing the probationary period, you have to remind them yourself before there’s any chance of a salary increase~
