Read the community guidelinesYou basically have to stay there all day on holidays. If you don't want to take days off and are fine with ridiculously long working hours, come step into this pit of fire.
If you're new to the food and beverage industry, this place isn't suitable for you. There are many restaurants that are just as busy but offer better pay and working hours. Exploitative working hours are basically commonplace here, and if you report them to the Labor Bureau, they already have the documents prepared for them. Of course, they can brazenly claim they're in the right—absolutely ridiculous.

When I went for the interview, there was someone ahead of me. The manager talked with him for a long time, and toward the end I vaguely heard the manager tell him to come to work the next day.
When it was my turn, the manager immediately asked whether I knew how to use a knife, then said that holidays were non-negotiable, and asked whether I had any other interviews today. The entire process took about one minute before it ended.
The manager made no effort to get to know me at all, and at the end said, “You’re also looking for other jobs, so I’ll call you in a few days and see.”
The entire interview, from start to finish, took only three minutes.
The manager’s attitude was extremely poor and showed absolutely no respect for people.
A suitable place for people who are new to the food and beverage industry.
The salary is not proportional to the work required. We often work overtime without receiving overtime pay, yet get criticized for working too much. They just want you to stay behind and help out for free; if you refuse, they say you’re being too calculating and can’t even help out a little. The supervisor is very two-faced and will talk behind your back about what others have said during one-on-one conversations. Everyone is close, so the people who are invited will share what else the supervisor said!! Many people have left the company in succession, yet no systems have been changed; they still believe it is simply everyone else’s fault. It is only suitable to stay for one year—after one year, you already count as a very senior employee!! Haha
