Thinking back to my interview experience from many years ago, I’d like to add:
1. It was the first time I had ever experienced an interview where I was made to stand as punishment.
2. I was asked to take a hands-on test right away, while the interviewer watched how I edited photos beside me.
3. They offered a salary package of NT$28,000, and the interviewer even asked what made me think I was worth it.
4. They even used medical personnel as an analogy and asked for my opinion on the issue of a duty-based employment system.
5. What I heard and saw from people in different positions was all negative XD

The starting salary is low. No one dares to leave at 6 p.m., even if the work has already been completed. Overtime pay only starts counting after 8 p.m.
