The company has absolutely no systems in place
Policies change constantly
There is no year-end bonus; everything on 104 is just for show
You are expected to do more than what was stated when you applied
You also have to take on multiple roles, such as being a graphic designer and social media editor
Even after reporting issues that should be addressed, nothing is done
