It is recommended that people who can tolerate an employer who scolds and hits employees give it a try.
Does not respect employees’ dignity. For example, when a new employee who has only been there for two weeks has difficulty reading a consultation card fluently, they may respond in a contemptuous tone: “How long have you been here?” or throw documents or consultation cards at the employee.
There is no one specifically assigned to train new employees, yet whenever a newcomer cannot keep up with the work, the most senior employee is called in and berated: “It’s all because you didn’t train them properly. This is your problem!”
At noon, the doctor may hold a review meeting, but most of the time the doctor does all the talking about what problems she noticed that day and what employees should do. However, if an employee cannot answer when asked what suggestions or criticisms a particular patient just made, the doctor may say things like: “Were you even listening?” or “Do you have a brain?”—words bordering on personal humiliation.

The doctor himself is irritable and has no sense of propriety. He humiliates employees every day and often calls other employees over to listen to him berate someone together. After berating them, he deliberately tries to get the others to agree with him that what he said was right. He also directly berates people in front of patients. Employee turnover is extremely high. While I was still employed, he called me crazy, which was a minor issue; he would also throw medical records at me, push me, and pull me. I genuinely think it was outrageous. After I resigned, he deliberately dragged his feet about paying me my wages. He likes hiring university students but also likes criticizing them. He also complains about patients to employees behind their backs and gossips about the patients.
Honestly, there really aren't any.
Gives kickbacks from employees' salaries, talks recklessly everywhere, and has very poor ethics as a medical professional; shows no respect for people at all.
