The company’s roles and responsibilities are unclear... and there is no complete SOP.

The company owes its employees back wages, and labor insurance premiums have not been paid since August 2018. The company atmosphere isn’t bad, but it isn’t particularly warm or close-knit either.

I was hired as an administrative staff member, but on my first day, no one knew that a new employee was starting that day, and no one knew what the new employee’s job was. I waited for the boss for more than an hour.

The division of responsibilities was unclear, and the work was not explained clearly, leaving me completely confused about the entire product production process. As a result, I could not clearly determine what I was supposed to do at the time or what task I should currently be working on.

At first, they said that they could train someone with no experience. Later, I was directly assigned a designer’s duties. Despite their promise that people without experience could be trained, no one trained me.

The boss handled my hiring, while the boss’s wife handled my dismissal. However, I had not been assigned any duties related to responsibilities under the boss’s wife, yet she still felt that I was unsuitable for the job.

The final reason given for dismissing me was that I did not know how to use a certain software program. However, I never encountered a situation at work that required using that software, so the whole thing felt completely inexplicable.

The inside of the company is slightly cluttered, but overall it is quite spacious.

I couldn't find the company the first time. There is a factory on the first floor, while the company is on the fifth floor, but there is no sign or marking at all on the first floor.

During the interview, the owner first talked extensively about the company's advantages in the market and introduced the company's scale, emphasizing that it is a company that is expanding and currently developing.

The owner mentioned the skills required for this position. They said that people without experience can be taught and guided, but the division of responsibilities within the company did not seem very clear. I interviewed for an administrative position, but was told I would be given the opportunity to try various administrative tasks, including administration, graphic design, and accounting, and then see which area was the best fit.
