Pros
The company’s roles and responsibilities are unclear... and there is no complete SOP.
Cons
The company owes its employees back wages, and labor insurance premiums have not been paid since August 2018. At the mediation meeting, the company also promised to pay the wages in February 2019... but now the boss has gone into hiding and has read my messages without replying... Yet you can still see him recruiting on 104 Job Bank. Anyone considering an interview should think twice.
