The location is excellent, making it convenient to meet up almost anywhere after work. As long as you can earn the boss’s recognition, there is considerable room for creativity in the projects, making it a good experience for quickly building up your portfolio.
The clients are among the most demanding, but from then on, I became immune to even the most difficult clients.
You can trade your life for experience in a short period of time, which is an option for fresh graduates with no work experience.
Taking leave or submitting expense claims is fairly convenient, because all it takes is the boss’s approval.
1. There are no benefits whatsoever—no holiday bonuses or year-end bonus. Overtime is the norm, and there is no overtime pay (you can only take compensatory leave for events held on weekends).
2. They like fresh meat and replace employees as if they were disposable chopsticks; no employee has stayed for more than a year.

They keep changing partner vendors because the boss says the vendors do not cooperate with working overtime to meet deadlines, are too expensive, do not help with deliveries, or do not help with inserting components to rush output, among other reasons (but there is not much to output, and even though they do not pay much, they still act as if being the payer makes them king).
I really can't think of any.
Clock in for work, but work on a responsibility system after hours; there is no overtime pay or compensatory leave for overtime on weekdays (even when working until midnight). The boss is extremely emotional. Young people who want to have their dreams crushed are welcome to give it a try!
