Read the community guidelinesThe parents are of very high quality
1. The company does not provide comprehensive training or SOPs
2. The salary does not match the actual conditions: the job bank lists NT$30,000, but the actual take-home pay is NT$24,000. They also count government subsidies as part of the salary.
3. The workload is enormous; the job involves more than just teaching LEGO—it also requires working in the restaurant front of house and handling other duties.
4. You clock in when you start work, but are expected to take responsibility for your work after clocking out, with no overtime pay.
5. Employees who resign before completing one year of employment are not paid their salary for the month in which they leave.
Convenient downtown location
High-quality management
The company’s internal regulations violate the Labor Standards Act, and the salary does not match what was posted on job websites
There is no SOP training internally, but they always claim that it was provided
Even after leaving the workplace, I was still questioned about various things through messaging apps
Convenient transportation in the urban area
The 104 job posting advertised a starting salary of 30K–50K, but when I actually went for the interview, it was reduced to 24K. The posting stated a five-day workweek, but in reality it was a responsibility-based work schedule with shifts, which did not match the hiring conditions. This clearly violates the Labor Standards Act’s requirements for transparency regarding the salary range. If they are already being dishonest before you join, how can you discuss the salary advertised in the posting after starting work?
