I went for an interview before. We agreed that the monthly salary was fine. Then suddenly, the supervisor said something....
Supervisor: Let me tell you first~ Every month, NT$1,000 of your salary will be withheld. Your actual take-home pay will be NT$1,000 less~ It will all be paid out at once with the year-end bonus~ I just wanted to let you know that this is the boss's new rule for this month~ I don't know whether it will be changed back in the future~ (This is the first time in my life I've heard of such a ridiculous rule = = I'm speechless...)
But!! If you're late or take leave during that month, you won't get the NT$1,000!!!
So~ if you happen to be late or take leave~ the salary we agreed on will directly be NT$1,000 less every month~ and then it depends on the boss's mood whether the year-end bonus gets paid~
All you young people who are just entering the workforce~ don't go down the wrong path.....

2. Not picky about talent
1. The supervisor has poor emotional control. Picking fights for no reason is an everyday occurrence, so you need to have high stress tolerance. It’s best if you know how to read the room and are good at flattering people; ability is not important.
2. The system is a joke. Things are often set as rules, only to revert to their original state not long afterward. The people who most often say one thing and do another are usually those who make the most rules. If you think reporting this to upper management will help, let me save you some breath: everyone from top to bottom is united on this. They drag things out when they can, dodge responsibility when possible, pretend to be dead, or act as if nothing happened. So don’t waste your effort.
3. Salaries may be adjusted, but the increases are small. Whether you get a raise depends on the supervisor’s mood. When the supervisor is in a good mood, they will say good things about you to the boss; when they are in a bad mood, no matter how hard you work, your salary remains frozen. Delayed pay is also a frequent occurrence.
4. The work environment is simple. The main issue is that when the supervisor has too little to do, they are prone to cause trouble. After offending people everywhere, they pretend nothing happened and then push the responsibility onto subordinates.
5. As for learning opportunities, to be honest, there is not much to learn. Don’t expect the supervisor to teach you anything—not because they refuse to teach, but because they may not know how to do it themselves. Once you make a fool of yourself, they suddenly seem to know everything, and they will even come up with theories to make you think they are very capable. If you teach them something they don’t know, you may not receive any praise, because to them it becomes as though you are questioning their ability.
