Very easy for inexperienced people to get in

Colleagues are nice

Nothing else

Cons

Poor working environment, with many cockroaches

High employee turnover, making it difficult to establish stability in the job

They take on many clients, but there are not that many employees, resulting in frequent overtime as the norm

Pros

1. Colleagues get along well, and the workplace atmosphere is good.

2. If you have health issues, the company is willing to give you leave.

3. If you want to get started in the marketing industry, this might be a good choice. The boss holds one or two classes every week (you do have to arrive at the office early, of course, but it’s not mandatory).

4. It’s near an MRT station, so getting food is convenient.

5. Depending on the boss’s mood, they sometimes treat everyone to a meal XD

6. Personally, I think you can gain exposure to marketing opportunities in many industries, with plenty of opportunities to practice and hone your skills.

7. There is a 10-minute grace period for arriving at work (my previous job didn’t have one at all QQ—being one minute late meant having money deducted).

8. Bonuses aren’t limited to the sales team; the company also takes care of employees in internal roles.

Cons

1. The boss has a relatively short temper, but addresses issues based on the situation. If they got angry even when no one had done anything wrong, I think everyone would leave, haha.

2. The year-end bonus is relatively uncertain, but I’ve heard that the boss still tried their best to issue one before.

3. One person may work with more than one client, and you may encounter some difficult clients. You need to be able to handle pressure.

4. If you don’t have much experience at the beginning, you may feel overwhelmed.

There’s no such thing as a job being absolutely good or bad; whether it suits you is more practical. A job I think is terrible may still be a good fit for many people, while a job I dislike may be highly sought after by others.

To be fair, at this company, if you work hard, at least the boss won’t fail to appreciate you or deliberately make things difficult for you. The employees currently working here have also become quite stable.

If you feel this company could be helpful to you, it might be a good place to work. If you feel it isn’t a good fit, there’s no need to dwell on it—finding another suitable job as soon as possible is more important XD

無無無無無無無無無無無無

Cons

I was only an employee for a short time, but I already saw through everything

(\b1). First, let’s talk about the benefits everyone cares about most:

All the benefits you hear about and see at the beginning are best not taken seriously.

Because if you take them seriously, you lose!

\b<Case 1> During the interview: Our company treats employees like family. We don’t use time clocks; we trust everyone’s ability to manage themselves.

After starting work: One day, a time clock suddenly appeared, and employees were required to clock in and out.

(Okay, clocking in and out is just a minor issue~ No big deal, no big deal.)

During the interview: On average, every colleague can receive 4XXXX per month.

In reality: The base salary is (2XXXX), bonuses are paid once every six months, and they may suddenly transfer your clients to someone else?

(What happened to the promised monthly salary and promised bonus???)

<Case 2> At a meeting: We’re giving everyone 30 minutes of flexible start time. We hope you won’t rush to work; safety comes first.

After a while: Are you all having it too easy? Flexible hours aren’t meant to be used this way! From now on, flexible start time is reduced to 10 minutes.

(How are we supposed to use it? If everyone starts later, they’ll leave later, and no one has exceeded the flexible-time limit. In fact, colleagues often work overtime beyond it... So, if I work overtime, will you calculate overtime pay according to the Labor Standards Act?)

<Case 3> An employee asked: Does 104 mention emotional leave?

The boss replied: I know everyone sometimes has emotions and stress regarding work. You’re welcome to come talk to me; after we talk, you can take the day off? (Take the day off after talking with the boss? The boss has to meddle in every trivial matter, but doesn’t manage the company’s overall direction. I’m speechless!)

(2) Regarding the work content

Same old story!

Don’t take any of the job duties you hear about or see too seriously either, because your responsibilities may be changed at any time!

Perhaps the company’s turnover is genuinely too high, with several waves of people coming and going. New hires see the warning signs and can’t stay.

As a result, current employees often face the risk of having their positions reassigned arbitrarily.

You may be given a task you have never handled before and have no one to ask about, yet be expected to get up to speed in a very short time.

It’s not that reassignment is completely unacceptable; it’s just that the frequency of these changes among colleagues is unusually high and not normal.

(3) Management

The bosses and supervisors are all very emotional.

As those who came before have said, they come from sales backgrounds and don’t understand what the planners are doing, how long it takes, or marketing.

Finally, in conclusion:

If you’re very enthusiastic about being a cheap planner/planning assistant, I highly recommend it!

If you want to learn professional knowledge, I suggest looking at a few more companies... After all, no one can teach you something they don’t understand themselves.

Life is short. You don’t have to compromise yourself at work; leave some room in your life for things worth cherishing!

P.S. If you care about year-end bonuses, you can rule this company out immediately, because the boss always thinks there are more employees than clients.

What boss would fail to make money and still pay a year-end bonus~ Wake up! (At least, that’s how I see it.)

Pros

The colleagues are nice; otherwise, there are absolutely no advantages.

Cons

The boss is an ungrateful backstabber who turns on you after using you; they act friendly to your face but talk badly about you behind your back.

Don't waste your time coming to this company.

Pros

The colleagues are all very nice. Because the boss is terrible, the colleagues are very united, but because they are too kind, the boss keeps exploiting them.

Cons

1. The company clearly never thought through how to expand. How much workload did they think they could handle using the operating methods of a small company?

2. The boss comes from a sales background and is very good at talking, but in fact has no idea what the planners under them are doing and does not understand marketing.

3. The boss is extremely emotional.

4. The company’s own profit model is problematic. They insist on calling themselves a startup to attract young people—what a joke. In reality, they are just an extremely cheap outsourced marketing company.
