A long time ago, I was introduced to the company through a job bank. On my second day, I only saw a man come over to chat with me, telling me how much he liked serving in the military, and then asking when I could work overtime. I said I should be able to after taking a few days to adjust, and then he asked how many days I needed. I said about a week. He replied, “That long?” I said that if things went quickly, two or three days should be enough. Then it seemed like he had gotten me to say that and went to tell my supervisor that I could work overtime starting the day after tomorrow. I resigned the next day. Asking whether someone is willing to work overtime in this way is really awful.

Applied position – Assistant Engineer
I have a private university master's degree and six years of relevant work experience, yet Koyi offered a salary of NT$26,000–28,000... (speechless)
First interview:
An HR interview, written test, practical work assessment, computer office skills test, and sweeping, mopping, and wiping tests (you read that correctly: a test on sweeping, mopping, and wiping). HR also particularly emphasized that the job requires overtime, involves significant work pressure, and is highly labor-intensive, asking whether I could handle it......
Personal thoughts:
The recruitment system is good and places great importance on the quality of its talent. (However, after asking questions, I found that the company likely has an extremely high employee turnover rate, and has been posting a large number of openings, including managerial positions, for a long time, suggesting that there may be hidden problems within the company.) As for the interview tests (sweeping, mopping, and wiping), I can accept that the job duties include environmental cleaning, but doesn't a biotechnology company employ cleaning staff? (No opinion; no comment.) The salary was not adjusted based on education or work experience, and despite the high-pressure, highly labor-intensive nature of the work, they offered only NT$26,000–28,000.
Conclusion: Bananas are only fit for hiring monkeys, but this company thinks it can use bananas to hire people.
