Read the community guidelinesThe environment is clean and tidy
The biggest drawback is “the people.”
There are a bunch of idle people in the administrative department who have little to do and only spread rumors and daydream.
The boss likes people who love to dream; those who dream and talk in their sleep are highly worth joining.
The restroom is genuinely very clean and comfortable.
My colleagues are also very easy to get along with.
The overtime situation is extremely serious, and there is no overtime pay. When I first joined, a veteran from the administration department even said to me, “How dare you leave when the supervisor hasn’t left yet?”
During the probationary period, there is an evaluation every month, and you have to write a bunch of documents and reports. Personally, I think it is a huge waste of time and completely meaningless.
The workload is quite heavy, and there is always a pile of unexpected tasks waiting for you.
If you still want to go in and try your hand at overcoming the challenges, as mentioned above, I suggest setting a firm bottom line during the interview regarding any salary reduction they try to impose, because after the probationary period, the supervisor will use all kinds of reasons to delay your salary adjustment.

There is no proper training for the work. When new hires join, they are told to figure things out on their own. On my first day at the company, I even discovered that the belongings of a former new hire who had left were placed at my workstation.
A junior manager also requires employees to arrive more than half an hour before their official start time because the senior manager arrives early.
The culture of working overtime is widespread. Other colleagues who want to leave on time still have to make up reasons to explain themselves every day—one day, their child has a dentist appointment; another day, something is going on at home... Think it through carefully before joining.
The company environment is good
Guaranteed annual salary equivalent to 14 months
The boss is sometimes very generous and gives out bonuses
The restrooms are great
The colleagues are also quite nice
Some things are better left unsaid
They only talk but can still get into that position—truly amazing
The company requires a lot of extensive documentation
Traditional-industry management style
But overall, everything is still pretty good; you just have to choose the right department
The environment and equipment are not bad.
Traditional-industry mindsets and ways of doing things + meaningless bureaucracy + management + a responsibility-based system; even at seven or eight o’clock, there are still many people at the company who haven’t left (because they don’t dare to). There are many people throughout the company who have been coasting there for a long time.
