Pros
The company environment is good
Guaranteed annual salary equivalent to 14 months
The boss is sometimes very generous and gives out bonuses
The restrooms are great
The colleagues are also quite nice
Cons
Some things are better left unsaid
They only talk but can still get into that position—truly amazing
The company requires a lot of extensive documentation
Traditional-industry management style
But overall, everything is still pretty good; you just have to choose the right department
