This page collects workplace experiences, questions and discussions submitted by users. Dates shown are submission dates, not periods of employment. Individual reports do not describe the entire company.
Read the community guidelinesColleagues of a similar age are willing to look after newcomers, and HR speaks respectfully and appropriately.
1. Senior employees come in early to work on their own, while feeling that this makes them particularly impressive and dedicated. They also tell younger employees: “See, I also come in early without overtime pay. What are you complaining about?”
2. Senior employees compare younger employees with production operators and treat you like a production operator.
Overall, employees in certain departments will psychologically manipulate newcomers. Although it is not the entire company, and there are still patient and kind employees, everyone also tacitly allows this behavior.
The first interview is remote.
The second interview is conducted in person and is divided into a second round and a final selection.
It’s best not to apply too early for the R&D position in the Seed Program; otherwise, you’ll interview together with the PM and sales teams.
The interview content didn’t mention anything related to R&D at all.
It feels like a waste of time.
If you have a manager who knows how to choose the right influencers, it’s really easy to coast under them.
A cautionary tale: this is a very fake company that’s highly skilled at image-building—Seed Program, Stellar Camp, a beautiful, spacious, bright lobby.
Even managers who are thriving for a while can suddenly fall from power, so if you think you’re the kind of person with an exceptionally strong destiny, feel free to give it a try.
Quite a few attractive colleagues
It bears the prestigious name of the tech industry, but is actually a home-based workshop.
Rotten from start to finish.
There is no proper training, yet all kinds of promotional materials make it seem that employee development is highly valued.
The cake is fragrant and sweet
The compensation is probably at the bottom of the tech industry

The R&D department is very bad, and a certain supervisor is even xxx

Terrible. Every day, they only think about cutting costs. The managers only spout bullshit.
Old-fashioned thinking. Pathetic.
The interviewer made me feel comfortable throughout the interview.
The HR representative was also very enthusiastic.
They emailed me about the package and asked when I could start work.
But two days later, they told me that senior management had already decided on an internal candidate....@@...It was a really inexplicable feeling...
The interview process was very quick; I finished the résumé in about 20 minutes.
A company that pushes things to the limit! After the salary was finalized, they only offered NT$24K, and there was overtime every Monday through Friday.

I applied for a production operator position, but had to wait 40 minutes for the interview. After looking at my résumé for less than 10 seconds, they rejected me. I asked whether I was missing some professional experience. The application form asked about soldering irons, PXX plug-in work, computer assembly, and so on; I had experience with two of the six items. They said the most important issue was that I didn’t have experience working at an electronics factory. Did they feel I wouldn’t stay in the job? Then they said they were looking for a technician. WTF? This was the first time I’d heard of someone being rejected for an operator position not because they wouldn’t work overtime, but because the company was looking for a technician. The key issue wasn’t whether I had professional technical skills, but whether I had experience at an electronics factory.
At the end of the interview, I told them that their job requirements should have said something like “Experience at an electronics factory preferred.” I was already being very polite.
If they could decide after looking at my résumé, why waste my time asking me to come in?
They wasted an hour of my interview time and my gas money.
It will make your work history look a little better, and most colleagues are pretty nice.
Apart from the training sessions, new hires do not receive comprehensive training. When hiring newcomers, they say that things can be learned while working, but there is so much information that it is impossible to keep up. After work, almost all employees stay at the company to work overtime for free. Don’t even think about receiving overtime pay—just forget about it.
Legal but pushing the limits
The supervisors’ attitude toward employees is extremely harsh. They say things typical of exploitative bosses, and new employees receive little to no handover. The supervisors think everyone should already know everything, and the managers and supervisors always use verbal abuse, berating people like dogs.
