Pros

None at all!

Cons

Whenever something goes wrong, everyone just passes the buck around.

It was clearly the result of a workplace injury, yet they used connections to suppress it. All I’m asking for is fairness, transparency, and justice.

Sigh—when a workplace accident occurs, shouldn’t the company bear full responsibility?

Don't come here to work as an equipment technician

Equipment technicians are not allowed to sit while working

Sitting is a sin; sitting is against the law

Pros

The entire production line is staffed by foreign workers, giving you the experience of being abroad while at work.

Cons

If you're thinking of joining this company as an equipment technician, I strongly advise you to make sure your medical and accident insurance coverage limits are high enough.

The machines are designed with absolutely no common sense and leave no room for maintenance, forcing you to use strange postures when carrying out repairs.

And somehow, equipment with such poor designs can still be introduced across the board. Do the personnel responsible for evaluating and introducing the equipment use their knees to make assessments?

Pros

Even stinky fish and rotten shrimp can get in.

Cons

1. Working as an equipment engineer at this company is truly the worst job I have ever had in my life.

2. On-site staff have to handle everything, no matter how big or small, and the low quality of the production line results in a pile of abnormalities.

3. The machines are designed with no common sense, with cramped spaces that make maintenance difficult. The software is also terrible and full of bugs, making workplace injuries more likely.

4. The pay is low, while the work is highly dangerous, yet there is no difference in compensation.

5. Many departments lack sufficient capabilities, leaving on-site staff exhausted from helping with confirmations.

6. On-site staffing is always insufficient, resulting in people working alone and greatly increasing the danger of repairing machines.

7. To colleagues who are still there: you should hurry up and look for another company. There is no need to waste your time here.

As a supervisor, they have no competence whatsoever in their role. Apart from threatening subordinates by setting their bonuses to zero on the schedule, they do nothing but yell and scream and shirk their work, yet they can still survive perfectly well within the company. I also feel that this company is beyond saving. Pathetic.

Please screen candidates during interviews for Ops, okay? Don’t accept just anyone because nobody wants to come work here. This is a contact lens factory, not a recycling center.

The capabilities of this company’s pad printing engineering department are honestly even worse than those of migrant workers. They draw engineers’ salaries while doing operators’ work. Come on, give me a break. You might as well go be a proper “migrant worker.”

The equipment engineers at this company are basically the dogs of every department. You think you’re there to handle machine abnormalities and utilization rates, but in reality you’re ordered around by every department to do their work. They establish a bunch of departments, and when they can’t solve a problem, they push it onto Equipment. On-site equipment work is treated as lowly: you need someone on duty to handle cycle time, alarms, machine breakdown repairs, and maintenance spare parts, while also being ordered around by every department to do their work. Meanwhile, other useless people only need to open their mouths to get paid the same as you. Equipment work also has an extremely high safety incident rate—from minor maintenance injuries to the risk of electric shock. You’re truly risking your life to work. If you’re considering applying for an equipment position at this company, you might as well work as a convenience-store clerk; you’d have better prospects.

Pros

You can work out and earn money at the same time—this really is a happy company. The on-site shift equipment is always understaffed, so there is usually only one person on duty.

When a machine mechanism needs to be replaced, you have to figure out how to operate it alone. This is when you get a great opportunity to work out.

If you get injured, you have to accept responsibility yourself. If the repair takes too long, you will also be criticized. If you want to work out while working and experience what it feels like to be treated like a dog,

you are welcome to apply for an equipment position at our company.

Cons

How could such a happy company possibly have any drawbacks?

Cons

1. On-site equipment personnel have to handle everything, yet the pay is laughably low.

2. The quality of the on-site operators is poor, resulting in a pile of equipment problems.

3. The production-line supervisors are all just taking a paycheck without doing their jobs, and almost none of the foreign workers on the production line receive further training in work attitudes.

4. Compared with the same salary, on-site equipment work is practically cheap labor to a pathetic degree; other departments have extremely long breaks and no pressure from downtime.

5. The turnover rate among equipment personnel is extremely high, yet the company still refuses to change.

6. This is just advice from a former equipment employee. If you are considering joining, I suggest you do not waste your time. I believe you can find a better job.

A retirement home for senior executives; once you get hired into senior management, you can stay there, and even if you’re useless, you’ll be well protected.

Cons

Those at the bottom have to shoulder any mistakes. They receive absolutely no respect. I advise young people not to waste their time here accumulating experience; you won’t learn anything at all.

Pros

Very punctual when interviewing job applicants, although the person answering the door had no idea what was going on.

Cons

The interviewer asked whether I was familiar with the brand.

I said I knew the brand Miacare, but was not familiar with Crystal, and their face immediately fell.

They immediately asked me to search for their YouTube channel on the spot,

then threw out the comment, “If you don’t understand anything, then we have nothing to talk about.”

Not everyone has to know your brand, right.....

From the very beginning, the interviewer had no intention of telling the applicant

what this branch office does, yet expected the applicant to read their mind; they did not even explain the job responsibilities.

Wasn’t I there for an interview? Isn’t it normal to learn more about your company through the interview...

Moreover, it is only a subsidiary, yet they were so arrogant. If the public is very unfamiliar with your company,

shouldn’t you be reviewing your company’s marketing capabilities?

Later, the interviewer only asked whether I could drive them to outdoor shoots,

hello? Wasn’t I interviewing for a post-production position?

I’m expected to be able to write scripts, shoot videos, edit videos, and drive. How much does your company plan to pay.....

Since the job posting said it was a contract position, I asked one more question about the benefits,

and the interviewer said they were all listed on 104; I should look for myself. (They really had quite a temper.)

Is this position actually intended to deceive recent graduates? May I ask whether the benefits for full-time and contract employees are the same...

If so, why call it a contract position?

Working 12 hours facing a computer. Because I kept looking at the computer, my eyes became a bit dry and uncomfortable. I closed them for a few minutes and had my performance evaluation docked, with them saying I was dozing off at work? They completely refused to listen to any explanation, then pressured me to sign a resignation form, with the reason already written by them. Also, the supervisors are all so careless and irresponsible—I really don’t know how they became supervisors.

Those considering working for this company, please think twice.

Pros

An industry leader in Taiwan?

Cons

I applied for a product planning position, but overall, I found the interview experience quite poor. To make matters worse, the written test beforehand was made into such a big production: I spent over an hour on the logic and English sections, and the survey of my previous company's salary details was extremely thorough.

However, after just a conversation with the hiring manager, it was obvious that they had not seriously reviewed my résumé.

Aside from not clicking personally, when we discussed the job responsibilities in more detail, it turned out to cover practically everything. Then, because they thought I had no relevant experience, they started brushing me off as an interviewee...

They only want someone who can get up to speed quickly, which made it clear that this is not an organization with much training or development planning.

At the end of the interview... the interviewer actually left first to wait for the elevator...

Leaving the job candidate to pack up and leave on their own as a way of seeing them out really gave me quite a shock!

A waste of both parties' time!
