Very punctual when interviewing job applicants, although the person answering the door had no idea what was going on.
The interviewer asked whether I was familiar with the brand.
I said I knew the brand Miacare, but was not familiar with Crystal, and their face immediately fell.
They immediately asked me to search for their YouTube channel on the spot,
then threw out the comment, “If you don’t understand anything, then we have nothing to talk about.”
Not everyone has to know your brand, right.....
From the very beginning, the interviewer had no intention of telling the applicant
what this branch office does, yet expected the applicant to read their mind; they did not even explain the job responsibilities.
Wasn’t I there for an interview? Isn’t it normal to learn more about your company through the interview...
Moreover, it is only a subsidiary, yet they were so arrogant. If the public is very unfamiliar with your company,
shouldn’t you be reviewing your company’s marketing capabilities?
Later, the interviewer only asked whether I could drive them to outdoor shoots,
hello? Wasn’t I interviewing for a post-production position?
I’m expected to be able to write scripts, shoot videos, edit videos, and drive. How much does your company plan to pay.....
Since the job posting said it was a contract position, I asked one more question about the benefits,
and the interviewer said they were all listed on 104; I should look for myself. (They really had quite a temper.)
Is this position actually intended to deceive recent graduates? May I ask whether the benefits for full-time and contract employees are the same...
If so, why call it a contract position?
