Aside from the family members representing the owners, colleagues generally get along harmoniously. There are occasional domestic and overseas employee trips.

It is a family business, with members of the owners’ family distributed across various departments. They use one set of standards when treating their own family members and another when treating employees. They take advantage of employees’ working hours and are quick to deduct money from their pay, but when it is time to pay money owed, they pretend nothing is happening. They still use an attendance bonus system: a fixed attendance bonus of NT$2,000 per month, which is directly deducted, along with the salary for the leave taken, whenever an employee takes leave. Some employees have worked there for six or seven years and received only one salary adjustment. The company operates on the borderline of the minimum standards set by the Labor Standards Act. It may be necessary to ask the labor authorities whether these working conditions are reasonable. Anyone considering working there should think it over carefully. If you are not short of money and simply want to make friends, you might gain something from the experience.

The company environment is clean, but employees are required to clean. Company cars are provided for use. There are holiday bonuses for the three major holidays, birthday benefits, and more, but employees must have worked there for a certain period of time.

There are no regular salary increases or salary adjustment mechanisms, even for employees with more than ten years of service. Policies are implemented inconsistently, some supervisors treat their subordinates poorly, there are many rules regarding taking leave, and the company is filled with surveillance cameras.

The salary is very generous

The company has many rules
