The work is simple. That's the only advantage; I can't think of much else.

Bonuses make up a high proportion of the annual salary; every day that passes feels like another day of earning more.
(1) Employee opinions are not valued. A small number of managers have unchecked power and cover up their own mistakes, pretending they have done nothing wrong and are saints. This is not a place where you can realize your ideals or grow. It may appear eager to change, but those in charge are fundamentally unwilling to change, while outwardly pretending to pursue perfection and appearing to be endlessly eager to learn (saying one thing and doing another).
(2) The base salary can be said to have virtually no growth, and annual income fluctuates greatly.
(3) Many job postings on 104 are repeatedly opened and closed. What is the thinking and strategy behind the hiring???.
Large premises. Shift-work pay should be over 30,000. Can't think of anything else.
The environment is rather basic (personal impression). Previously, I interviewed for a rotating-shift assistant-worker position. The tests were logic figures and English (somewhat difficult). I didn't pass the English test, so they let me retake it using a dictionary (the first time I had encountered this). There were some words I still couldn't find—how was I supposed to pass? I don't know if this was insulting to people!? I didn't feel very good about it at the time. In addition, when asking questions, they were quite aggressive. The HR staff member I encountered may have been new at the time, according to what I heard. As a result, the job my friend referred me to fell through! For the rest, go experience it for yourself!
