If you are interviewing for a consumer electronics position in this department, unless you really cannot find a job, it is not recommended that you waste your time here.
As for salary, the basic guarantee is 14 months, and it is rare to receive more than 15 months. So if you hear that it is more than 16 months, take it with a grain of salt.
The manager's annual KPI rating is merely for reference. The final bonus and salary adjustment depend entirely on whether the deputy department head likes you. If they do not like you, no matter how well you perform, your salary adjustment and bonus will always be average or toward the bottom.
Also, in order to stay on schedule, issues often continue to occur into the next build.
If you are interviewing for an RF position, one particular manager talks himself up every day as being extremely capable, but technically he only understands the basics. He always says how hard he works, but in reality he is very good at shifting responsibility.
He always says that he has more than ten years of work experience at the seaside and with Taoist priests, but in fact, everyone who has worked with him knows that he is completely incompetent technically.

Ming Tai PMs are worked to the bone. The mid- and senior-level managers, including the BU Head, only talk and don’t know how to solve problems; they only push them off.
The workload isn’t distributed evenly among the managers. Those who can get things done work themselves to death, while those who can’t get things done leave on time every day.
The capable employees keep leaving, while the bosses who only talk keep getting promoted~ The company is full of fat cats.
The interview questions were extremely detailed—the kind that delve into your family history for generations.
I just don't understand how, after asking such detailed questions during the interview, they could even contact my former company to conduct a background investigation using a list the interviewee had not authorized. Is that even legal? In any case, I would advise against joining a company that treats employees like thieves from the very beginning.
