Read the community guidelinesMany supervisors will invite you for an interview. I didn't realize that I had submitted several applications, so they arranged for me to interview with the department heads one by one.
The interviews basically consisted of taking tests, which didn't seem to serve much purpose.
The company gave me the impression of being very old-fashioned, and the atmosphere was the same.
By the end of the interview, it was almost time to leave, and the HR representative seemed to have little patience and appeared to be rushing me out. Last time, they called to ask whether I could accept the company's terms, but even after a week, they still hadn't given me a response. I really couldn't understand what they were doing…
I even called them specifically to ask for a response, but the receptionist answered and promised to have HR get back to me. Later, there was still no news, which made me feel that they really didn't take interviewees seriously.

The interviewer explained everything carefully
The boss visits new employees at their homes and requires the employees being visited to kneel and wash their elders’ feet as a sign of respect.
It is recommended that only those who can accept the above arrangement go for the interview, because it sounds like those who do not accept it will not be hired.
You can listen for free to a whole bunch of cheap brainwashing telling you to be gentle, kind, respectful, frugal, and yielding.
Employees are expected to be gentle, kind, respectful, frugal, and yielding, so that the boss and supervisors can overstep boundaries without limit.
Senior management has maxed out all their skills in management and internal friction.
Senior management’s expertise is all rather naively romantic, and most departments are a complete mess.
It’s laughable that they can accuse you in a meeting of taking several months to complete a task, but once they’re assigned responsibility for it, they start shouting about a lack of skilled personnel and resources. Even after everything is in place, they still can’t finish it in several times the amount of time they originally claimed it should take. Truly amusing.
