Read the community guidelinesYou can leave work early on Wednesdays and Fridays…
The company managers all look so stern… They don’t answer new employees’ questions… and even get angry at them… A new employee cried in the office… It was really unpleasant to see…
1. There are many places to eat near the company
2. You can purchase products at the employee discount price
Summary: Finding another job would be easy
1. During the Ghost Festival worship ceremony, incense is burned inside the office! Incense!
The company has a fairly good reputation in the industry, yet they do something this foolish. The entire office ends up smelling of smoke.
2. The managers have no backbone and refuse to take responsibility; they like to pass the buck. If the boss does not reform the business managers, the problems will keep happening.
3. The business managers are all heavy smokers, and they smell terrible when they pass by. Endure it if you can; if you can't, get away quickly.
4. Colleagues are indifferent. They pretend not to see you when they do. This is a place where like-minded people congregate.
5. Every day, they hold a content-free morning meeting, wasting time.
There are drinks on birthdays. The company has a kitchen and an air fryer. You can leave one hour early on Wednesdays.
Terrible beyond words. I’ve never encountered such a terrible company.
1. They said we would get a day off early before the Lunar New Year, but only later said that it would deduct a day of annual leave. “Didn’t everyone know?”
So they asked everyone to sign an agreement allowing the company to deduct annual leave.
2. The boss’s relatives pull strings and make a mess in Taichung—having a great time.
3. Performance bonuses are opaque. Damn, it’s awful.
4. There is no professional accountant serving as the accountant, because then the boss could make adjustments ^_^ Those who know, know.
5. The boss’s character is absolutely terrible.
6. There is no clear division of responsibilities, and professionalism is not respected.
My recommendation is to work here only in an internal support role.
If you work in sales, the boss will think: You should be doing this and that—最好當客戶保母啊

Fired for no apparent reason. The reason given was “unsuitable”???? Yet they still expected the supposedly unsuitable person to train others.
I really can’t make sense of this or understand what kind of operation this is.
The management also has serious issues. They actually expected someone with no prior experience in the role to take over, without anyone providing training, and told that person to figure it out on their own????
When the person taking over had questions, you just passed the buck back and forth like a hot potato????
The person taking over could only ask the employee who had been fired. It was truly pitiful.
