The interview was scheduled at 11:30, and I finished the test at 12:30
One male and one female interviewer
After asking a question, they would ask follow-up questions based on the answer
The female interviewer seemed very pleased when she found an issue
Can't find any~
I still feel that this position is more suitable for people with relevant experience. Newcomers who are unfamiliar with the processes and industry can easily fail without guidance~
From being abandoned on the very first day to the very last day XD
I suggest documenting everything when discussing anything with your supervisor—keep written records, emails, or recordings as evidence. The supervisor is very good at managing relationships and has a great relationship with upper management. Even if you try to explain, no one will believe you. I was undermined several times not long after joining~ They have two completely different attitudes toward subordinates and superiors.
Not providing guidance, not correcting you, and not telling you what to do, so that you make mistakes and get publicly criticized, is a common occurrence (I did ask where I needed to improve or strengthen my abilities). Even if you want to do your best at work, there’s no way to XD
The work as a logistics driver is relatively free and easier compared with being a regular company driver. The salary is fairly good. For overtime, you can choose overtime pay or compensatory leave.
You can learn to repair, maintain, and beautify instruments and transition into a sales or engineering role.
The senior partner assigned to the logistics driver is difficult to get along with. The company’s policies keep changing, but the supervisor is quite easy to get along with.
The boss has the final say in everything.

After the interview, they informed me that I had been hired and said they would later send me a job offer letter. I waited for many days and called the company twice. It was only during the last call that they told me the job opportunity had been postponed. Their failure to proactively contact me caused me to lose other job opportunities. This is a very unscrupulous company.
The only thing that never changes at the company is “change”!
And it changes frequently
(For example: the organizational chart can change every month)
It depends on the boss’s mood
If you can reduce your autonomy/ideas/sensitivity to the minimum
I believe this company is a good choice for you!
